He grew up alongside his younger sister, Hannah, and his younger brother, Montana Claus. While Bandana never knew his father, Dadda Claus, as memories of him faded early in life, a vivid image remained in his mind of his father dressed as Santa Claus, instilling in him a deep love for Christmas in New York City. This love led him to regularly take on the persona of Santa Claus during the holiday season. Hailing from South Africa, Bandana and his family relocated to America following his birth.

At the age of 21, Bandana was already in his fourth year as a Santa Claus, having started this unique career at the tender age of 18. Meanwhile, his mother, Anna Claus, and Nanna Claus worked tirelessly throughout the year crafting Christmas cards, presents, and baking Christmas cakes every December to support the family financially. Montana, excitedly exclaimed, "I want to see Santa, I want to see Santa," to which Bandana chuckled and reassured him, "You will see Santa, I'm right here." Hannah then questioned the existence of a black Santa and pondered about children in Africa not receiving presents. Bandana, thoughtful as ever, suggested he could be their black Santa if he found a way there. Hannah lightened the mood by mentioning "Wayne Deer," eliciting laughter from Bandana and Montana.

Anna prepared breakfast for them, and soon the doorbell rang. It was Peter Bunny. Impressed by her singing, Bandana promises to be there in the evening to watch her practice.

Bandana and Peter Bunny are hard at work discussing Crystal's upcoming play. Placing her on a bed, he softly murmured, “You are as exquisite as the other,” as Crystal slowly opened her eyes to meet the imposing figure of the Iceman. Confused, Crystal muttered, “This is strange, how did I end up here?” as the Iceman departed, leaving her under the watchful gaze of ten snow soldiers.

As Crystal struggled to recollect her memories and comprehend her surroundings, a mysterious woman draped in white approached her. Gently removing her face covering, the woman revealed herself to be Kat Frost. With an air of authority, Kat addressed Crystal as “Halfblooded” before inspecting her arms, face, and palm with great intensity. Crystal stared back at Kat in astonishment, prompting Kat to cryptically announce, “Mother requires your presence.” Bewildered, Crystal inquired, “What is happening? Why does my mother need me?” Frantically calling out for her mother in the frigid chamber, Crystal was met with silence until Kat Frost calmly declared, “Ice flows within you, Ice Sister.” Flustered, Crystal retorted, “What do you mean? I have no sister.” Seeking answers, Crystal demanded to know about the dragon-riding Santa, the enigmatic Iceman, and her own presence in this strange realm.

As they exited the car, Father Christmas greeted them, saying, "Welcome to Christmas, welcome to your destiny." Father Christmas walked into the stables and emerged shortly after, riding a sleigh with three majestic reindeer. Stepping off the sleigh, Father Christmas turned to Arthur and shared, "My father was Father Christmas before me, and now it's my turn as Arthur. One day, you will take over and your son will inherit the name Arthur. For now, join me in the sleigh beside my son to learn the ways." Arthur gazed in a mix of wonder and confusion. Father Christmas then turned to Wayne Deer, proclaiming, "You have been chosen to ride with the reindeer as the fourth, special reindeer." With a sprinkle of Christmas magic, Wayne Deer transformed into a human-reindeer hybrid. Dadda Claus proclaimed Hot Wings as the fastest dragon in the World and suggested that Bandana Claus ride with him. Without hesitation, they both hopped on, and Hot Wings soared into the sky.

Hot Wings dazzled with his flying prowess as Bandana gazed in wonder at the mythical creature. Dadda Claus flew Bandana Claus over New York City, passing over his house where he spotted Hannah and Montana building a snowman. Upon reaching Crystal's house, they observed her walking with her head down towards her doorstep. Adjusting their position, they flew directly above her, causing her to look up. Bandana gazed at her with joy, knowing she was thinking of him.

Returning to the North Pole, a snow monster began to emerge from the ground, snow swirling and coalescing into a massive snowman. Dadda Claus urgently commanded Hot Wings to ascend, maneuvering skillfully between the growing Snow Monster's form. The girl's parents, initially crestfallen, now witnessed the miraculous scene unfolding before them.
